Pakistani lawmakers today elected India-born businessman Mamnoon Hussain the 12th president of Pakistan, state PTV reported.As the candidate of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-N party his election was considered certain in the two-man race to replace the President Asif Ali Zardari, whose term expires in September.
