A powerful car bomb on Thursday struck a bank in Afghanistan’s Lashkar Gah city when civilian and military government employees were queueing to withdraw their salaries, causing multiple casualties, officials said.According to the latest information, the car bomb has left at least 34 dead and nearly 60 wounded. The injured people were rushed to the hospital, government spokesman Omar Zwak told AFP, with another official warning of multiple fatalities.
