A cache of ‘surveys’ have leaked, revealing how the jihadis are recruited to join the Islamic State (ISIS) terror organisation. The 'ISIS entrance test’ carry 23 questions, that include their birth date, blood type, nationality and even "previous jihadi experience".
Sky News has obtained tens of thousands of the forms that reveal the names of as many as 22,000 persons from around 51 countries, who filled the forms to join the militant group.
The forms show the 23 questions in Arabic. Zaman Al Wasl, a pro-opposition Syrian news website had published the question paper earlier.
According to Zaman Al Wasl's report, the personal details of 1,736 fighters from 40 countries, a quarter of whom belonged to Saudi and the rest predominantly Tunisian, Morocco and Egypt.
The documents that are stamped with Islamic State logos also has the details of 16 British fighters.
The ISIS entrance test paper asks the recruits to provide their "fighter name" along with their "mother's maiden name".
In addition to their "level of education", they are also asked to write their ", "level of Sharia understanding" and if they had "fought before".
They are also asked to choose the role they would like to take for instance suicide bombers, soldiers and others.
A chilling field of "date and place of death" can also be seen in the document.
