At least 22 people were killed and more than 50 people wounded when a powerful explosion ripped through Parachinar city in Pakistan on Friday.
The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals, while emergency has been declared in all hospitals of the city, said initial reports.
The area and its vicinity have been cordoned off by the forces to gather evidence.

Explosion in Parachinar market
Earlier, this year at least 21 people were killed when an explosion had hit a vegetable market in Parachinar, near the border with Afghanistan.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the nature of blast yet. The market is a busy area and has several shops which is near one of the main imambargahs. No one has claimed the responsibility for the blast.
