Sushma Swaraj to inaugurate two-week long Al Janadria National Cultural Festival of Saudi Arabia today
Swaraj Is On A Three-day Visit To The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia (KSA) And Leading The Indian Delegation At The Festival Where India Is The Guest Of Honour Country This Year.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday will inaugurate Al Janadria, the two-week-long National Cultural Festival of Saudi Arabia.
Al Janadria is the biggest cultural festival in the Gulf region that celebrates the culture and heritage of Saudi Arabia.
Swaraj is on a three-day visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and leading the Indian delegation at the festival where India is the Guest of Honour country this year.
This would be the 32nd edition of the festival where India as the Guest of Honour will showcase features of its culture, business opportunities, and scientific, technological, medical, and military progress.
The Indian Pavilion will showcase socio-cultural heritage, folklore, traditional costumes, Indian perfumes, bridal costumes, artifacts, calligraphy, and cuisine along with displays and presentations by ministries and different departments.
King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is the patron of the festival this year.
