UNGA 2017: Sushma Swaraj to hold trilateral talks with US' Rex Tillerson and Japan's Taro Kono
US President Donald Trump Will Host And Chair A High Level Meeting On UN Reforms Which Will Also Be Attended By Ms Swaraj.
India's Foreign minister Sushma Swaraj has arrived at New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) meeting. It is expected that there will be 20 bilateral and trilateral meetings.Â
At a time when China is busy in muscle flexing and engaging in feud over border disputes with it's neighbours all eyes are on the trilateral meeting between Sushma Swaraj and her US and Japanese counterparts, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Japanese foreign minister Taro Kono today Â
Sushma Swaraj is leading a high level delegation and will address the annual session of the UNGA on September 23.Â
She is scheduled to meet Tunisian Foreign Minister Khemaies Jhinaoui, Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, Danish Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen, Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics and her Bolivian counterpart Fernando Huanacuni Mamani.
US President Donald Trump will host and chair a high level meeting on UN reforms which will also be attended by Ms Swaraj.
