A woman was stopped at the security checkpoint at the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport for carrying a pair of gun-shaped stilettos. The incident took place on Sunday. The heels of the stilettos were in the shape of handguns and faux bullets were seen around the sole. The pair of stilettos were found in the carry-on luggage of the woman along with bracelets with faux bullets, said Lisa Farbstein, the spokeswoman of the airport. According to Farbstein, the woman was told to put the items in her checked luggage. She tried to check her items but in order to catch her flight she left them with the TSA. Passengers are prohibited from carrying "replica guns or ammunition" through security checkpoints at the airport.
