The result of State Bank of India (SBI) Clerk Mains examination have been further delayed. It was earlier scheduled to be declared on August 31. However no notification regarding the result date has been out till now on the official website.
According to the reports reason behind delay of results doubts regarding the interviews. Earlier, the Union Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions had issued a note regarding the discontinuation of Interview at Junior Level Posts in the Government of India.

The aspirants who had appeared for SBI Clerk Mains examination are required to stay updated its official website, www.sbi.co.in. The aspirants will be selected against 17, 000 posts of Junior Associates (customer support and sales) and Junior Agricultural Associates.
The SBI Clerk mains exam was conducted on 25th and 26th June 2016 and over 3 lakh candidates appeared for it. With the deadline set by the Bank missed, the candidates are in a fix as the Bank has not even updated the reason of delay and the confirmation on result announcement.

1) Go to the official website of SBI - www.sbi.co.in; 2) Click On The careers tab; 3) Under Latest Announcements Click on the link displaying ‘SBI Clerks Mains Results 2016’ under the notification related to the recruitment of JA and JAA in clerical cadre; 4) Login to your account by entering your registration Id and password on the right-hand side of the page; 5) Click on the link related to marks.
