Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses public rally in Calicut of Kerala. This is PM Modi’s first public address in Kozhikode since Uri terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir that martyred 18 Indian soldiers and left four suspects killed in the gun battle on September 18.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the nation  at the backdrop of a three-day BJP conclave going on in Kozhikode. Earlier in the day, PM Modi met with the Indian Army, Navy and the Air Force Chiefs of Staff at his official residence in New Delhi.
