New Delhi:
Breaking protocol, US President Barack Obama will travel to India's Republic Day parade in his cadillac car. He will also fly to India in his Air Force One aircraft.
The protocol states that any Chief Guest of India must travel to the Republic Day parade in President's car.
But this year citing security concerns, Obama will bring along his cadillac car and will follow Indian President's car to reach the parade.
This is the first time that any President will break the protocol.
At the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President of United States of America Barack Obama will be the Chief Guest at India’s 66th Republic Day celebrations on 26th January, 2015.
