Delhi: Dense fog blankets the national capital

Dense fog in Delhi-NCR and adjoining region have started to feel the mild winter chill. It was a foggy morning in the national capital on Thursday with Delhiites experiencing chilly conditions as the minimum temperature settled three notches below normal degrees Celsius. Besides this, the wind speed that was earlier ranging between 20 kmph - 30 kmph has also reduced drastically and at present, these winds are light to very light.
