Eleven-year-old Hyderabad boy Agastya Jaiswal clears Class 12 exam, aims to become doctor
Child Prodigy Agastya Jaiswal Cleared Class 12 Board Exam With 63 Percent Marks.
An eleven-year-old boy from Hyderabad, Agastya Jaiswal has cleared class 12 board exam and is said to be the first person in the state to have passed the examination at such a young age. His father, Ashwani Kumar has claimed that Agastya received 63 percent marks in the exams.
His subjects included - civics, economics and commerce. He appeared for the examination at Chaitanya Junior Kalasala at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Agastya is currently studying at St Mary's Junior College, Yousufguda (Hyderabad) and recently appeared for the Telangana TS SSC Board Exam 2017. Moreover, in 2015, he cleared the SSC examination (Class 10) at the age of nine.
The child prodigy however seems to come from a family of geniuses. His sister Naina is an international table tennis player Naina Jaiswal and the youngest sportsperson to have enrolled for a PhD.
She was also the first girl from Asia to pass the class 10 board exam at the age of eight and the class 12 exam at 10.
Agastya has claimed that although he wants to pursue his graduation in commerce in the next three years, his ultimate goal is to be a doctor.
