The Directorate Of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu Has Announced The Tamil Nadu ESLC Result 2019 Today.
The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu has announced the Tamil Nadu ESLC Result 2019 today. The results are available for class 8 students on the official website of the board i.e. dge1.tn.nic.in. The exam of the students were held from 21 January to 25, 2019.
Here’s how to check Tamil Nadu ESLC Result 2019:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the board - dge1.tn.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, candidates can click on the link of the result.
Step 3: Click on the link, a new page will appear.
Step 4: On that page, enter your registration number and date of birth.
Step 5: Download or take a printout of your result for future reference.
The result is available in PDF format. Meanwhile, for Tamil Nadu SSLC students, the board is expected to declare the result on April 29, 2019. The candidates can visit tnresults.nic.in to get their results. The candidates will have to submit the registration number and the date of birth to get the result.

The Directorate of Government Examinations is the organization which is responsible to work for the Tamilnadu state. It is a state level board. The board started functioning in the year 1911. It became a separate directorate in the year 1975. It is popularly known as DGE TN. DGE TN had conducted the first exam for the SSLC standard in the year 1911 itself. The Directorate has 7 regional offices across the state. It conducts the board exams thrice a year. The first exam in April/ May, the second in June/ July and the third in September/ October.
