ICAI Has Postponed CA Exams. The Institute Of Chartered Accountancy Of India Has Postponed The Examination For Final Paper 5, Foundation Paper 1, INTT AT, IRM Paper I And DISA ET.
ICAI has postponed CA exams. The Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India has postponed the examination for Final Paper 5, Foundation Paper 1, INTT AT, IRM paper I and DISA ET. All these exams are earlier scheduled to be conducted on November 9, 2019. It is to note that the revised date of CA exams is yet to be announced by ICAI.
All the remaining exam timetable are unchanged as per the notification released by the ICAI. Other than this, the CA IPCC exams were scheduled to be held on November 2, 4, 6 and 8 for the post of Group I and the Group II post, the exam were scheduled on November 11, 14, 16 and 18. According to the latest update, the CA exam is scheduled on November 9, 13, 15 and 17, 2019.
The official notification released by the Acting Secretary of ICAI, Mr Rakesh Sehgal, reads “In view of the reports gathered through electronic media about closure of school and colleges at various parts of the country, All Examinations of the ICAI namely Foundation Paper 1, Final Paper 5, IRM Paper1, INTT AT and DISA ET Paper scheduled for Saturday, November 9th 2019 on all India basis and abroad stand postponed to a later date which shall be announced separately.”
Several other colleges and universities have also postponed their exams that were scheduled to be held today. Also, several schools across many states in India have been shut down today to maintain law and order following the Supreme Court Verdict on Ayodhya Case.
