Odisha Government Has Taken The Decision To Extend The Closing Of Educational Institutes Like School, Colleges And Professional Training Centres Till June 17.
Odisha Government has taken the decision to extend the closing of educational institutes like school, colleges and professional training centres till June 17. In view of COVID-19 pandemic, the Odisha Government has decided to shut all schools and colleges in the state till June 17, 2020. Further, Odisha has become the first state of India to extend the lockdown in the state till April 30, 2020. At present, a 21 days lockdown is imposed in the country due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.
Odisha State Board Exam 2020 Update
Odisha Government has not released any official notification as of now regarding Odisha Class 12 Board Exams 2020 new dates for the remaining subjects that were postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. Students are advised to check the official website of Odisha Board and stay in contact with their respective schools for latest updates regarding the revised timetable for class 12 exams 2020.

Meanwhile, CBSE Board has decided to conduct the Board Exams 2020 for only 29 key subjects out of all the remaining papers that were postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. The board has chosen these subjects on the basis of their importance for admission in higher studies. However, CBSE has also not released the revised timetable for the exams as of now.
At this point of time, everyone is advised to stay at home and follow all precautionary measures to combat the issue of Coronavirus. Students can also take help of online classes to stay update and bring in their studies.
