In Case Of Posting A Defamatory Video Of Famous Punjabi Singer Satwinder Kaur Bitti On Social Media, Police Has Booked A Person. Bitti Was A Congress Candidate. He Had Contested From Sahnewal Constituency In Ludhiana In Recent Assembly Elections.
In case of posting a defamatory video of famous Punjabi singer Satwinder Kaur Bitti on social media, police has booked a person. Bitti was a congress candidate. He had contested from Sahnewal constituency in Ludhiana in recent assembly elections.
The accused has been identified by the Koom Kalam Police as Mohan Singh, 50. Mohan is also a congress worker who was an active participant in election activities as supporter of Bitti.
Koom Kalan SHO Harjinder Singh told that the accused has been booked for defaming the complainant. Other than this, he has also been booked under different sections of IT Act and Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
According to the SHO, the accused was arrested on Friday and that the team is doing further investigation.
