As Coronavirus cases rise steadily in India, a Bollywood singer reportedly has been tested positive for COVID-19. Media reports have it that Kanika Kapoor of 'Baby Doll' fame was in UK for some time now and on returning to the country hid at the airport for some time, sneaked out from airport and checked in at a posh London hotel.
Reports further suggest that, the singer has host a dinner party for 200 guests that included influential businessmen, politicians and bureaucrat.

The reports has been backed by an ANI update. ANI reports that four more persons have tested positive for #Coronavirus in Lucknow that includes Kanika Kpaoor, taking the total number of cases to 9 in the city and are in isolation ward at the King George's Medical University (KGMU) administration. "A prominent Bollywood singer is among the four people who have been tested positive for #Coronavirus in Uttar Pradesh today," ANI added.
What Kanika Kapoor said about reports
Kanika later made a clarification on Instagram that she came back to India 10 days ago following the normal procedure but developed symptoms four days ago. "I got myself tested and it came positive for Covid-19" said her post. The singer and her family are in isolation , under treatment now.
