Prime Minister Narendra Modi On Tuesday Paid Tributes To Those Who Died In The Terror Attack On Parliament On This Day In 2001.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday paid tributes to those who died in the terror attack on Parliament on this day in 2001.He placed a wreath at the photos of the deceased in Parliament House complex.“Salutations to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the 2001 Parliament attack. Their bravery will never be forgotten,” he tweeted later.Five heavily-armed terrorists had stormed Parliament House complex on this day 15 years back but they were killed before they could enter the main building.Five Delhi Police personnel, a woman Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) official, two Parliament watch and ward staff, and a gardener were among those who lost their lives in the attack.
