Arvind Kejriwal retaliates over sand mafia matter, calls out Punjab CM false claim
Punjab CM Channi Proved That The Sand Mafia Is Running Efficiently In Punjab As It Was Under The Rule Of Captain And Badals By Overlooking The Region Where Illegal Mining Was Actually Taking Place.
Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, while reacting to Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi's false claims that there is no illegal mining in the state, said, “Chief Minister Channi is a blatant and outspoken liar and hypocrite. And he tells his lies with great noise and impunity.
In a statement issued by the Aam Aadmi Party quoting the tweet made by Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister Channi has been exposed and surrounded from all ends regarding the illegal mining activity in CM Channi's own constituency, Chamkaur Sahib, being operated by the sand mafia. On Saturday, Aam Aadmi Party leaders, led by Senior AAP Leader and MLA Raghav Chadha, had raided and busted the sand mafia working under the protection of the Channi government. Today, Punjab CM Channi proved that the sand mafia is running efficiently in Punjab as it was under the rule of Captain and Badals by overlooking the region where illegal mining was actually taking place.

Shri Arvind Kejriwal said in his tweet, "It is true that Chief Minister Channi did not visit the khadha (mining pit) where Raghav Chadha had gone yesterday. Channi Sahib declared it legal and authorised. Whereas this place is different from the place where Raghav went, which is where illegal mining was actually taking place. How can a Chief Minister be so blatantly negligent?”
