Bihar: Seven killed, 25 injured as bus turns turtle in Patna

At least seven people were killed and 27 others have suffered serious injuries after the bus they were travelling in turned turtle at the outskirts of Patna on Monday evening.
Bihar Police said, the bus was booked by a family and all the boarded in the bus were part of a 'barati' (marriage procession). “Around 40 people were in the bus,” added police.
According to police the incident happened near Kandap village. “The injured and killed were pulled out from the bus with help of locals,” said added Bihar Police.
The officer further added that the injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

According to police, the bus turned turtle after the driver of the bus lost control over the wheels.
