Delhi: Missing HRD ministry official found dead near Palam railway tracks
Police Said, The Deceased Has Been Identified As Jitendra Kumar Jha, A Resident Of Dwarka. He Was A 1998-batch Officer And Currently Posted With Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS).
A HRD Ministry official, who was missing since Monday morning, was found dead near railway tracks at Palam in south west Delhi on Thursday.
Police said, the deceased has been identified as Jitendra Kumar Jha, a resident of Dwarka. He was a 1998-batch officer and currently posted with Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS).
According to Delhi Police, ICAS officer had gone missing from Dwarka on Monday after he had gone for a morning walk.
Police believes that Jha has committed suicide. “In our initial investigation it seems the ICAS officer has committed suicide. Yet, we are investing the case in all angle,” said a police officer.

The officer added that they have found a suicide note from his pocket. In the note he had mentioned that no one is responsible for his death.
