In a series of search operations in Karnataka, IT raid conducted on DK Adikeshavulu group of companies in by Income tax officers and have recovered Rs 43 crore of unaccounted cash.
The seizure of Rs 43 crore is said to be the largest in Karnataka. Raid was also conducted on Vvyedhi Medical College and Mallya Hospitals. Raids were part of its ongoing operations to detect unaccounted money and tax evasion by professional educational institutes.
I-T searches were also conducted at the administrative offices of M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology and M.S. Ramaiah Memorial Hospital and College.
