An Lt Colonel rank officer of the Indian Army posted at Jabalpur ordnance workshop in Madhya Pradesh has been arrested by the counter intelligence department of the force for allegedly spying for Pakistan.
According to sources, the counter intelligence wing of the Indian Army arrested the officer. “The Lt Colonel was found of indulging in certain unwanted activities,” said an officer of the India Army.
The officer denied revealing the name of the detained Indian Army officer.
According to him, the arrested Lt Colonel was honeytrapped by members of Pakistani intelligence members.

Earlier this month, Indian Air Force’s Group Captain Arun Marwaha was arrested for passing classified information to Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI.
