Eight-year Old Girl Died And Four Others Were Injured In Shelling And Firing By Pakistan In Kanachak Sector Of J&K On Monday.
Eight-year-old girl died and four others were injured in shelling and firing by Pakistan in Kanachak sector of J&K on Monday.
In another incident, one BSF Jawan was killed and another injured on Sunday night in one of the heaviest firing by Pakistani troops across the Line of Control in RS Pura Sector of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to sources, a local woman was also been injured in the firing.
"BSF HC Sushil Kumar was hit by splinters on neck and shifted to Jammu where he was declared brought dead," BSG DIG Dharemder informed.
Sushil Kumar Abdulliah belonged to Pahova district of Haryana.
"He sustained splinter injuries in upper part of chest while retaliating the Pakistan fire. He was immediately evacuated to GMCH with first aid where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries," DIG said.
We salute to his supreme sacrifice in the line of duty, BSF official said.
Pakistan forces continued to fire motor shells throughout the night, resulting in befitting retaliation from our Indian troops.
Very well planned strong retaliation is being given to Pakistan fire which has caused heavy damage to them, officials said.
