Many flights have been delayed and diverted due to VIP movement at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.
As per reports, 13 flights have been diverted out of Delhi this evening. A total of 90 domestic flights arriving at Indira Gandhi International airport have been either delayed or diverted. The delays have been caused due to high frequency of VIP charter planes landing at Delhi airport.
"Due to air traffic congestion consequent to VVIP movement at #Delhi airport, some of our flights are affected," Jet Airways tweeted.
Indira Gandhi International Airport is busiest airport in India. It handles 1,200 flights everyday.
