Yogi Adityanath government takes tough stand against real estate builders, registers 13 FIRs against them
The Yogi Adityanath Government On Saturday Registered 13 FIRs Against Real Estate Builders. This Is Being Seen As A Stern Step By The Govt. Which Had Warned The Builders To Complete Their Projects On Time.
Uttar Pradesh's Yogi Adityanath government on Saturday registered 13 FIRs against real estate builders. 8 FIRs have been registered against Amrapali, 1 against Supertech, 1 against Today Home Builder, 1 against Alpine, 1 against G.N.C. and 1 against Bruy Limited.Â
The UP CM had criticised the builders on earlier occasions too, claiming that the buyers should receive possession of their homes on time. He had claimed that the rift between builders and buyers was increasing day by day and the govt. would have to take stern action regarding this issue.
Moreover, the chief minister has also asserted that gaining the confidence of potential buyers is a big challenge for the real estate industry. He also urged the builders not to leave any of the projects incomplete.Â
