One of the most prominent events of Christians, Good Friday, that is observed to commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus falls today, on April 10 this year. The festival is mainly observed with prayers and a mass held at the church. This year although mass gathering at religious institutions will not take place due to the antionwide lockdown over the outbreak of coronavirus, devotees can reflect on the death of Jesus during the entire course of the day, offer prayers at home, read scriptures from the Holy Bible and send wishes to friends and relatives which is the purpose that this day is observed.
