Virender Sehwag Turned 39 On Friday And Received An 'ultra Wish' From Legendary Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. Other Cricketers, Fans And Sportsmen Too Wished The Swashbuckling Batsman On His Great Day.
Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag turned 39 on Friday and was showered with well wishes from the sports fraternity and fans. The swashbuckling batsman has garnered quite a fan following on social media and his tweets are rather unique.
However, Sehwag was given a taste of his own medicine on his birthday by some of his Twitter ‘victims’.
He also got a special tweet by the legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar where every word in the sentence was turned upside down.
Sehwag, who addresses Sachin as 'God Ji' immediately replied to him in his characteristic way.
Sachin and Sehwag formed one of the most destructive opening partnerships during their time and have scored 1560 runs in 23 innings at an average of 67.82.
Apart from Sachin, photographer Atul Kasbekar turned up with a hilarious tweet which stumped most of Sehwag’s cricketing buddies.Â
Sehwag was in contention for Indian cricket team's coaching role after Anil Kumble stepped down earlier in the year. However, BCCI handed the job to former team director Ravi Shastri.
