Shuttler PV Sindhu on Thursday defeated World Number-3 Nozomi Okuhara of Japan in the semi-finals, smashing her way into the finals at Rio Olympics. Sindhu has set-up a final showdown with World No 1 Carolina Marin. Sindhu will be the fifth Indian woman to win a medal in Olympics after Karnam Malleswari, Mary Kom, Saina Nehwal and Sakshi Malik.
