Harvinder Singh from Punjab won India's first-ever gold in the ongoing Asian Para Games 2018 at Jakarta in Indonesia. Harvinder Singh is currently pursuing PhD from Punjabi University in Patiala.“I want to dedicate this gold medal to my mother. She passed away just 1 month ago,†Harvinder Singh said while talking to a news channel after the win.
Cricketer Harbhajan Singh also took to Twitter to congratulate Harvinder Singh on his win.
