Indian shooters continued to put up a stellar show in the Commonwealth Shooting Championships at Brisbane as their male shooters completed a podium sweep in the 10 m Air Pistol event.
After shooter Heena Sidhu shot gold for the hosts in the women's 10m Air Pistol event on Tuesday, more glory followed with Indian shooters securing a 1-2-3 finish in the men's 10m Air Pistol. Shahzar Rizvi clinched gold ahead of Omkar Singh who settled for Silver. Meanwhile, seasoned pistol shooter Jitu Rai won the bronze at Brisbane.
In the women's 10m Air Rifle event, India's Pooja Ghatkar won gold with a score of 249.8 in the final, beating India compatriot Anjum Moudgil (248.7), who claimed silver.
