India Open 2017: Saina Nehwal lock horns against P V Sindhu in all-Indian quarterfinal

The Indian badminton fans are in for a treat on Friday as PV Sindhu shall be locking horns with Saina Nehwal in a high voltage quarterfinals at the Siri Fort stadium in New Delhi.

India's ace shuttler P V Sindhu on Thursday defeated Saena Kawakami of Japan in BWF Indian Open at Sirifort stadium in Delhi.PV Sindhu won the first game but K Kawakami gave tough fight in the second game but Sindhu managed to win the contest. 

PV Sindhu edges past Saena Kawakami with score of 21-16, 23-21 to set up all Indian quarter with Saina Nehwal.

India's ace shuttler Saina Nehwal displayed tremendous skill to thrash Thailand's P Chochuwong in straight sets and entered the quarterfinals of India Open 2017. 

The encounter lasted just 34 minutes as the Indian star dominated the game from the start. Nehwal was in sublime form as she defeated Chochuwong in straight sets 21-14, 21-12 and stamped her authority in the game.
