Entrepreneur Martine Rothblatt has created a realistic robotic 'clone', named Bina-48, of her wife Bina. According to her, in next 10-20 years, technology may make it possible to upload a person’s memories, thoughts and personality into a computer.
Speaking to Bloomberg, Rothblatt said: "Mind clone is a digital copy of your mind outside of your body."
"Mind clones are ten to twenty years away. The mind clone will look like an avatar on the screen instead of a robot version," she added.
