Android 8.1 Oreo to save storage space and help battery from draining

Android is constantly improving itself by introducing new features from time to time. Since Android 8.0 Oreo is the latest one, some new updates are ready to be rolled out.
As per latest reports, Google is working on reducing the problem of storage running out of space. In this update, Android will determine the inactive apps on your device and free up the space by reducing its cache sizes and thereby increasing its battery’s life.
The user can find out the other inactive apps like Maps or Facebook which drains phone’s battery. Hence the user who are constantly complaining about their phone’s battery life, then the latest Android version is for them.
The update will not delete the application and its associated data. The only effect after cache size is reduced will be that the application will launch a little slower.
Launched in the month of August, Android 8.0 Oreo has a user base of only 0.2. And, Android 6 Marshmallow has the highest number of user base which is 32%.
Since the battery-saving feature is only a part of Android 8.1 Developer Preview, so, there's no telling whether it will come in the official package. Given the usefulness of this battery warning feature, there are just more odds in the favour.
