Apple to launch BIGGEST iPhone ever with 6.5-inch display at low price
The Latest IPhone X Has A 5.8-inch Edge-to-edge Display With Improved Facial Recognition Technology.
If sources are to be believed, Apple is planning to launch its BIGGEST iPhone ever which measures nearly 6.5-inch display with a resolution of 2688x1242 pixels.
The current line-up of Apple smartphones includes iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. The latest iPhone X has a 5.8-inch edge-to-edge display with improved facial recognition technology.
The new and bigger version of the smartphone will feature the same design and hardware as that of iPhone X. The company is also reportedly working on bringing a new gold colour apart from black and silver colour options.
Gene Munster, co-founder of Loup Ventures and Apple’s close watcher said, “This is a big deal. When you have a measurable upgrade in screen size, people go to update their phone in droves. We saw that with the iPhone 6, and we think this is setting up to be a similar step up in growth’’.
It is also expected that Apple may bring eSIM technology into the phones. eSIM will allow smartphones to connect to data networks without the use of traditional SIM card.
When Apple jumped from a 4-inch display to 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch display model in the year 2014, the company saw a huge increase in numbers of iPhone customers.
Recently, Samsung announced 6.2-inch Galaxy S9 Plus in Barcelona and Note 8 with 6.3-inch display.
