Asus has finally brought its flagship Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG) phone to the Indian market. The completely gaming-oriented smartphone from ASUS offers some high-end specifications and is being sold at a price of Rs 69,999. Key highlights on the Asus ROG include Snapdragon 845 SoC, a 90Hz display and ultrasonic AirTrigger touch sensors. Earlier, the smartphone was unveiled by the company's gaming brand Republic of Gamers (ROG) at Computex 2018 in June this year. Users can avail a no-cost EMI for 12 months across all debit and credit cards. Flipkart and Asus complete mobile introductory protection plan can also be availed for Rs 999. It has a 108.6 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut and 10000:1 contrast ratio. Asus ROG is equipped with 128GB inbuilt storage option. The smartphone will ship with ROG Gaming UI, based on Android Oreo. Asus ROG is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery. The ROG phone features a secondary custom 48-pin port for charging while playing games with the ActiveAero Cooler latched on. The secondary port also helps users dock the ROG Phone to its custom set of accessories. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ad, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, AGPS, Glonass, USB Type-C port, NFC, and 3.5mm jack.
