4-year-old boy run over by speedy car in Delhi's Neb Sarai

A shocking CCTV footage surfaced in which a speedy car run over a four-year-old boy in South Delhi's Neb Sarai area. The victim was identified as Ajam Ansari, a resident of Sangam Vihar area. However, locals nabbed the accused cab driver and handed over to police.
