Army orders probe into killing of 3 youths in North Kashmir

Army ordered inquiry into the killing of three youths in Handwara in North Kashmir during alleged firing by army men as Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti said such incidents have a "negative impact" on the state government's efforts to consolidate peace efforts.
