Bihar: Massive flood engulfs 13 districts

Massive flood has engulfed areas in 13 districts of Bihar. As the days are passing, situation is worsening with waters encroaching new areas consistently. The number of deceased is also increasing day by day. So far, the number of deaths have reached 72 in Bihar.
