Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on Thursday congratulated the Ujjain police for the arrest of criminal Vikas Dubey saying that Madhya Pradesh police will soon hand over Vikas Dubey to the Uttar Pradesh police.
