Cold waves breaking record all over the world

From north India to north America, this year’s mercury is going to break records. Due to cold storm Grayon, the temperature in most parts of the US has dropped to minus 35 degrees Celsius. Included in this is the effect of cold air which is called 'wind chill' factor, which is even more cold and bone chilling.
