Congress Minister Digvijay Singh criticised the remark by Mahesh Sharma on Hindu Goddess Sita

Union culture minister Mahesh Sharma said in the Rajya Sabha that Hindu god Ram's wife Sita is a matter of faith and there is no historical evidence to prove that she was born. Opposition member Digvijay Singh criticised with the minister’s remarks saying Sita’s husband, Hindu god Ram, is a matter of faith too if the same logic is applied.
