Elphinstone stampede: Raj Thackeray threatens to stop bullet train work

Reacting to tragic Mumbai stampede incident, MNS Chief Raj Thackeray said Railway officials are responsible for the tragedy and they have to answer. Thackeray also threatened to halt the work of Bullet train.
