Encounter or murder?

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to probe into the alleged encounter killing of wanted criminal Manoj Vashishtha at a restaurant in Central Delhi's New Rajender Nagar area. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police have released the CCTV footage of the alleged encounter.
