Flood havoc from Supaul to Muzaffarpur

The floods in Bihar have caused such havoc that 15 districts are completely upset. There is only waste all around. From Supaul to Muzaffarpur, only the sky is visible. If people are forced to leave home, then thousands of hectares of crop has been submerged.
