GST: India launches biggest ever tax reform after 17 years of debate

Country's biggest ever tax reform- Goods and Service Tax was launched at the stroke of midnight on June 30-July 1 by President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a special function held at the historic Parliament House Central Hall.
