At a rally in Delhi, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Union Minister Anurag Thakur shouted “desh ke gaddaron ko” and the crowd responded with “goli maaro saalon ko (shoot the traitors to the country)”. After Anurag Thakur's statement, at least three incidents of firing in Delhi in last four days have been reported.
