Heavy traffic jam at Noida Express way after heavy rains in Delhi/NCR

Early morning rains lashed the national capital today bringing much needed respite from sultry weather conditions experienced over the last few days. However, it also caused water logging and traffic jams in several areas including Noida Express way, bringing the city to a halt.
