Vehicles of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Cabinet ministers will not be exempted from the odd-even scheme, which is set to return in the national capital for the third time from November 4 to 15. "The scheme will include vehicles coming from other states, and only be implemented on non-transport 4-wheeled vehicles, 2-wheelers will be exempted," Kejriwal said while addressing a press conference.
