Manohar Lal Khattar: Our administration has taken effective action in Ryan school murder case

Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar has said that his administration has taken effective action as far as the murder of a 7-year-old kid in Ryan school is concerned. He further said that the accused conductor has been arrested and police has been asked to conduct investigations within 7 days.
